Improvement when reassigning pseudos after spilling

In a nutshell the patch can sometimes improve the resulting code when 
spilling is necessary.  Approved in the original thread by Vladimir.

Bootstrapped & regression tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.  Installed.
