[lto, arm-eabi] Tidy exception resume

This bootstraps and tests ok on i686-linux.

I'm attempting to do a cross build and test to arm-eabi, but I'm sure 
I've forgotten several steps in how that whole thing is supposed to 
progress and so it'll fail the first half-dozen times I try.  If there's 
someone not on vacation who cares to give the arm bits a try, I'd be 
delighted.
