patch committed: check-gold depends upon all-gas

A recent patch to the gold linker makes the gold testsuite invoke the
assembler.  Therefore, at the top level, check-gold depends upon
all-gas.  Since the top-level files are shared, I have committed this
patch to the gcc repository.  I committed it wearing my hat as a
binutils global write maintainer, since this only affects the
binutils.  If anybody objects to this procedure, please let me know.

Bootstrapped on i686-unknown-linux-gnu.
