[PATCH,TESTSUITE]Reduce malloc size used by ipa-sra-2.c

I modified path to skip test for all 16bit integer targets. All of which 
will baulk at arrays > 32767 bytes.

The original test is thus unchanged. The new "X" file controls DejaGNU.

Ok for 4.5 Head?
