thanks for the quick response.  Basically, whenver I go to
http://gcc-hk.internet.bs instead of seeing a gcc.gnu.org
mirror, I am immediately redirected to http://www.internet.bs/

According to my link checker and my own tests this likely has
happened between March 4th and March 25th.
