[PATCH, pretty-ipa] Allow unions to be IPA-SRAed

Hi,

as requested by Honza, the patch below allows unions to be IPA-SRAed.
I have bootstrapped and tested it on x86_64-linux and will commit it
tomorrow unless someone objects.
