[gcc-in-cxx] Bootstrap libcpp with c++

Hi.
The following patch changes libcpp to bootstrap with C++ in place of C.
It bootstraps successfully on x86_64-gnu-linux, Debian testing.
Bootstrap compiler is gcc 4.3.3.

* directives.c (do_linemarker, do_line): Use N_TTYPES for
ignored enum value.
* files.c (find_file_in_dir): Add cast from void* to char*.
* symtab.c (ht_lookup_with_hash): Add cast from void* to char*.
* configure.ac: (AC_PROG_CXX, AC_LANG): New.
(ACX_PROG_CC_WARNING_OPTS): Remove -Wstrict-prototypes,
-Wold-style-definition.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in: (CXX, CXXFLAGS, WARN_CXXFLAGS): New.
(COMPILE.base): Use them.
