Yes, my proof-of-concept pass bootstraps/builds and passes testing on
several architectures (including x86-64, ia64, sh64, and arm).  The
patch is far from finished and really ugly right now. Bbut if you want
to play with it anyway -- see the crossjump_abstract.diff attachment
to PR20070.
