This has been fixed by Ian in CLooG-PPL.  The minimal version required
to bootstrap GCC4.5 is CLooG-PPL-0.15.4.  Please update to
ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/cloog-ppl-0.15.4.tar.gz
