PATCH [committed]: remove broken external links in GCC manual

I ran a link checker on the HTML version of the GCC manual, and found a couple 
broken external links.  It seems best just to remove them, therefore I've 
checked in this patch as obvious.

(I also found a bunch of broken internal links, but that looks like a problem 
with makeinfo rather than the document sources.)
