[PATCH] s390: z10 scheduler fixes part 4/4

The instructions modified here are subject to tls magic. However,
declaring z10 properties without declaring the instruction´s type did
not make much sense. We discussed whether we should remove the z10
properties or add the type and agreed on the latter.
