[lw-ipo][patch,committed] Fix a corner case where we were emitting auxiliary module functions

Hi,

This patch fixes a corner case where we were emitting functions from
auxiliary modules into the primary module object file (this happened when
the auxiliary module function contained static variables).

Reviewed by <davidxl>. Bootstrapped and regression-tested on
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Submitted as revision 151076.
