Thanks for the reviews, sorry about the delay in responding.

Here's the patch that addresses all of the points you brought up in your
various reviews of VTA RTL.

Actually, it's two patches, first for vta branch, second for vta4.4
branch.  They're pretty much the same, but a file split and at least one
context change make it harder to apply, so I post both.

I'm installing them in the corresponding branches.
