Probably, although it is less important now that we don't have to list
individual targets.  I think I will go all the way and use GNU_EXTENSION
and LARGE_LONG_DOUBLE instead of NO_GNU_EXTENSION and NO_LONG_DOUBLE in
order to get rid of all the double negatives.
