Whoa!  I think non-multilibbing of Ada is serious enough (it has a
4-digit PR after all...), and the patch has actually been tested heavily
by Joel (right? :-) so this can be committed in stage3 too.  But, leave
some time for Ada maintainers and commit it on sunday or monday.

Thanks for working on this (also because some libada/gnattools cleanups
that were needed for it were interesting and much desired).
