[Patch, Fortran] [committed] Add test-case for PR fortran/36167

Hi,

I committed the following as obvious.  This is the test-case from PR 
fortran/36167, which was fixed by my patch for PR 37199 committed this 
morning.  Additionally, I added two missing cleanup-modules directives 
to two tests from earlier commits I forgot.

This is new revision 140107.
