While Joseph mentions the compat tests, right now they don't run with either
the XLC compiler or the Sony compiler, due to extra switches added for 4.4, so
I added a spu specific ABI testcase that tests passing various types in both
registers and on the stack.  Is this ok to apply?

	* function.c (locate_and_pad_parm): If FUNCTION_ARG_ADJUST_OFFSET
	is defined, use it to modify the constant offset.

	* doc/tm.texi (FUNCTION_ARG_ADJUST_OFFSET): Document new macro.

	* config/spu/spu.h (FUNCTION_ARG_ADJUST_OFFSET): New macro to move
	char/short arguments to the correct location as mandated by the ABI.
