[v3] Adjust links to ISO docs

Hi,

this should adjust all the links, currently broken. Of course, only 
*after* the rebuild of the *.html counterparts: Benjamin, I'm not sure 
to remember our best practice about that: are we supposed to rebuild in 
the build dir (make doc-html), move the files to the SVN tree and commit 
all the diffs every time? Or not every time? Or there is a different way 
to accomplish the same effect?
