[patch]: Add support of stddef.h for w64 target

Hello,

The stddef.h file assumes, that there is already an intptr_t type
declared. For w64 this is done in the _mingw.h file. By this patch the w64
headerset can use the gcc include file directly and need no longer a
customized version of this file.

Changelog

2008-05-06  Kai Tietz  <kai.tietz@onevision.com>

        * ginclude/stddef.h: Add _mingw.h for target x86_64-pc-mingw32.

Is this patch ok for apply?

Kai
