I've committed the latest .po files from the TP site to trunk and 4.3 
branch.

I've removed the translations no longer present at the TP site.  These are 
Kinyarwanda, for both gcc and cpplib (never a useful translation), and 
Catalan, for gcc only (the Catalan cpplib translation remains at the TP 
site), where removal was requested by the Catalan translation team leader 
because it was a "very, very poor" translation.  I've also removed these 
from 4.2 branch.
