Yes, I intend to take care of the F2008 intrinsics (including the  
ones in ISO_FORTRAN_ENV) few by few after that initial patc his in.  
Most of them are easy.

Thanks for the review, I'll reply to it when I get some time to  
commit without being in a rush.
