I think you should have
%inherit GCC_4.4.0 GCC_4.3.0
GCC_4.4.0 {
}
in libgcc-std.ver - at least, that's present for the 4.1.0 version that
has no target-independent symbols. Or similar with both 4.3.2 and 4.4.0
versions if some symbols end up in 4.3.2.
