[tuples] Ada front-end changes for tuples

I do have the file ada/gnat1drv.o.  At first I thought may I had a bad 
merge with ada, but I tried a trunk bootstrap at the merge revision and 
it worked fine.

Sure.  I am doing a new build from scratch.  I will send you the log 
when I'm done.
