[PATCH,testsuite] Disable IEEE double format tests for AVR

Hi

This patch disable a few ieee test for AVR which will fail due to lack 
of true doubles.

This patch was tested for both avr-unknown-none and i686-pc-linux-gnu 
targets using i686-pc-linux-gnu host. No regressions.
AVR passes remaining tests.

Ok for 4.4 mainline?
