[wwwdocs] Mention OpenMP 3.0 branch merge

There is one aspect that I believe was discussed and agreed upon last 
year, and that was that we want to first list the contribution and then 
the contributors, cf. the September 11, 2007, July 2, 2007, June 2, 2007,
or March 9, 2007 entries for some examples.

Apart from this details, this looks more than fair, thanks!
