[PATCH] Support AIX 6 in gcc build machinery

AIX 6 was released in November 2007. Libtool and configure files
in GCC explicitly refer to "aix5", etc. Treating AIX 6 like AIX 3 or
lower does not work very well....
This patch backports AIX 6 support added to ToT libtool and
rebuilds configure in many sub-directories, which includes libtool.m4.
