[patch] Fix for automatic parallelization

Here is a patch for fixing the testsuite for targets not supporting -pthread.
I've tested it on i686-linux with make -k check RUNTESTFLAGS=autopar.exp

The patch seems inaccurate as it does not mention the moved files,
only deletions.  However, I did used "svn mv" for moving things around.

Okay for trunk?
