[patch] Fix PR34679: ICE in scev

Hi,

because fold cannot really deal with operations on ENUMERAL_TYPEs,
this patch stops the analysis of variables with such a type.  The patch
makes the testcase of the PR work on a cross hppa-linux.  I will regstrap
the patch later today.
