[Tuples][Patch] Cleanup for estimate_operator_cost

The substance of this fix was communicated to Oleg previously, and included
in his last patch.  This commit just cleans up a few details I had in
my sandbox.

	* tree-inline.c (estimate_operator_cost):
	Removed operators superseded by tuplified statement forms.
	Small cosmetic reordering of a few switch cases.
