GNAT/RTEMS Patch for SVN Trunk

Hi,

has my patch.  I trimmed out the Ada interrupt task
modifications that were in my previous GNAT/RTEMS
patches.  I tried to minimize the changes so it would
be OK for 4.3.

Please review and commit.

I posted ACATS results for PowerPC, SPARC, and i386 for
GCC SVN with this patch as well as 4.2.3 with this patch
plus the Ada interrupt task support.  PowerPC and SPARC
have very good results.
