[patch][graphite] Fix code generation problems due to types

Hi,

The attached patch passes the id-2.f90 and all the testsuite of graphite
with and without the patch to tree-cfg.c from Richard for extra checking
the types of expressions and statements.  I committed the patch to the
graphite branch.  Okay if it passes regstrap for trunk?
