[lto][patch] Add support for 32 bit elf in lto-plugin

	* configure.ac: Use AC_CHECK_GELF.
	* lto-symtab.c: Include gelf.h.
	(get_string_table): Use size independent API.
	(printTable): Use lld to print 64 bit integers.
