[committed] Fix gcc.target/mips/ext-1.c

Apparently I can never get dg-mips-option right the first time.

While convincing myself that I needed -mgp64 after -march=octeon on a
new Octeon test, I decided to give it a try with mips-linux-gnu.  Then I
saw that even ext-1.c was failing.

Committed as obvious.
