Here a new iteration, the issues mentioned fixed plus an example on how 
to get l1_line via sysctlbyname. I think this will be helpful for future 
implementations.

I'm going to try to implement the l1/2size detection code on the fbsd 
kernel.

Re-Bootstrap and test ongoing. I'll post first results in a few minutes.
