Ada socket code for RTEMS does not compile

Hi,

Ada socket binding doesn't compile for RTEMS on the
trunk.  Please review and commit.

        * gen-soccon-rtems.ads: Regenerated.
        * gsocket.h, gen-soccon.c, socket.c: Make new additions support 
RTEMS.
