Done, see the other patch I just posted.  config/arm/neon.md is still 
missing.

But now that you pointed it out, it would actually be much better to 
rename the vector-scalar operations (which are also not that many:
config/arm/iwmmxt.md, config/i386/mmx.md, config/i386/sse.md, 
config/ia64/vect.md).
