GNAT Sockets Support For RTEMS

Hi,

Attached is a patch which makes GNAT Sockets
work for RTEMS.  I have tested using the
pingpong example in the .ads file as well
as a dump web page example from the Ada Wiki
book.  If there are other GNAT Sockets test
programs, please send me a URL.

It is against 4.2.1.  I would great appreciate
it if someone could commit this to the 4.2 branch
and SVN trunk.

    * Makefile.in: Use RTEMS specific g-soccon-rtems.ads.
