There's a patch for the two wrong-code PRs 33099 and 33381:

which has passed bootstrap & regtest on x86_64, i586, ppc, ppc64,
s390, s390x and ia64 and a rebuild of openSUSE 10.3 on these archs.

Is this ok for the branch before rc2?
