Good point (thanks also to Walter and Steve for the spell checking).

How about the following patch, which prints:

Warning: !$OMP at (1) starts a commented line as it neither is followed
by a space nor is a continuation line

(I'm happy to change the warning message, if someone has a better idea.)

Build & regression tested (Fortran & libgomp) on x86-64/Linux; OK for
the trunk?
