GDB/libiberty support for IBM long double

IBM long double is the name used in the GCC ABI option 
(-mabi=ibmlongdouble) and in the taxonomy in use by the Power ABI working 
group (ATR-LONG-DOUBLE-IBM).  The alternative I've seen is "double double" 
but that looks rather like a typo.
