[patch] getenv spec function

I've installed this obvious patch to fix the getenv spec function. The result
of spec functions is itself parsed as a spec. But that means that reading a
variable holding a windows path, strips out all the '\' and, if some one is
insane enough to have '%' in a directory name, really bad things will happen.
tested on i686-linux-gnu.
