[PATCH]: Add broad overview of how tree level aliasing works

Richard Guenther had asked me to write an overview of how aliasing
actually works, so I sent him this.
He thinks it's useful enough to be in either the comments or the docs,
so i put it in the comments of tree-ssa-alias.c

Diego, do you have anything else to add?
