Blackfin LOCAL_ALIGNMENT

This patch increases the alignment for local variables beyond a certain
size (structs, arrays), with the intention of allowing the builtin
memcpy to work better.

Ok, I admit it, this is motivated by dhrystone, but it really does help
other code too...
