This makes no sense
  D.2296_13 = (<unnamed-signed:52>) D.2295_12;
  SR.18_36 = D.2296_13;
  SR.33_38 = BIT_FIELD_REF <SR.18_36, 52, 0>;

SR.33 is long long unsigned int and SR.18 is unnamed-signed:52.

Just have a cast instead of BIT_FIELD_REF.
