[patch, fortran, committed] Update --version program name, copyright date.

The attached patch corrects the copyright date and program name given by 
"gfortran --version".  (Note that, as per documentation patches made 
last year, the official name for the program is "GNU Fortran", not "GNU 
Fortran 95".)

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu; committed to 4.2 as obvious, will commit to 
trunk after testing there.
