Thanks for your review and I like the suggestions so I will incorporate.

Also for the remaining deleted feature errors elsewhere I will look into
a patch to change all of those.  I had similar thoughts and only stuck
with The word Obsolete because it was/is used previously.

I am very aware of the difference between "deleted" and "obsolescent".
We have had this discussion on the list before and I have changed some
of these before.
