[fixed-point] Patch to update documents

	Rename to...
	(fract, satfract, fractuns, satfractuns): ...this.
	* doc/rtl.texi (fixed_all, sat_fixed_all, fixed_uint, sat_fixed_uint):
	Rename to...
	(fract_convert, sat_fract, unsigned_fract_convert,
	unsigned_sat_fract): ...this.
