you mean like this?

* file (some func): ignore this text, i just have to fill the line with
  something to get a wrap...

I just sampled the first 2000 lines of the ChangeLog, and no entry looks
like this. All start the text at the the same position as the * (your
last entries, too). But I can do this, of course, if you think this is
how it should be.

Or do you mean that I have to indent the whole ChangeLog with a tab? I
will do this, I only omit the leading tab in my mail client (it  does
not wrap smart enough). But I can indent the mailings too in the future,
if you prefer.
