[C++] fix g++.jason/sync7

I've committed this patch to fix g++.jason/sync7 on i86.  When we synthesize a 
method, we fail to check if we need to increase the alignment because of ptrmem 
representation issues.

In this case it resulted in the runtime thinking it was doing a virtual call.
