[Committed] Fix a couple of spu testcases after the dg-error/dg-warning fix

Hi,
  This patch just fixes up two testcases in the spu testsuite so they now 
work after the dg-error/dg-warning fix.  This is just like the patches 
that Manu was doing.

Committed after a test for spu-elf.

ChangeLog:
        * gcc.target/spu/intrinsics-1.c: Use dg-message to
        match flax-vector-conversions note.
        * gcc.target/spu/fixed-range-bad.c: Use dg-warning
        instead of dg-error for the warning.
